Q. Can you colour match furniture for me?

A.Bradshaw Australia does not attempt to colour match newly manufactured pieces of furniture to older pieces of furniture. Bradshaw Australia can not guarantee the exact match due to the differing characteristic of each piece of timber used.

Timber furniture is manufactured using a natural living product, as timber furniture ages each individual piece has its own unique characteristics. Every piece of furniture we manufacture will age differently and therefore the colour will naturally change.

Q. Are your products available in other sizes?

A. Most of the Bradshaw Australia furniture range is available in other sizes, please discuss the sizes needed with your local retailer

Q. Are you able to change dimensions of your beds or casegoods?

A. At Bradshaw Australia we are proud of the quality of product we produce but due to the expanse of the Bradshaw Australia range we are unable to change dimensions of the beds or casegoods.

Q. Can I supply the material for you to stain my bedroom furniture?

A. At Bradshaw Australia we are unable to provide an individual one off colour, our factories run sophisticated spray lines which does not allow us to change colours. The quality materials used on the Bradshaw Australia range has been specified and  tested to ensure the highest possible quality is guaranteed.

Q. Should I purchase the full bedroom suite at the same time?

A. At Bradshaw Australia we take great care to ensure the colour and quality of your chosen product is of the highest standard, due to the different characteristics of natural timber this is not always possible. The safest way to guarantee the exact colour, texture and quality is to purchase the full suite  at the one single time.

Q. Can I provide different handles to be fitted to the furniture other than the ones supplied?

A. Each product within the Bradshaw Australia range has a different handle specified; we do this with good reason as this element is a major component of the design of the product.

Q. Am I able to purchase directly from you?

A. Bradshaw Australia does not sell directly to the public. Bradshaw Australia has prided itself on its strong relationship with our retail customers.

Q. Which retailers do you deal with?

A. Bradshaw Australia over the journey has developed as a reputable supplier to all the prominent Retailers in Australia for example Forty Winks, Rise and Shine, Adairs, Homemakers, Beds R Us, Sleep Doctor, Furniture House Group, and Snooze. Our European operations supplies to Next, Dreams and House of Fraser. We look forward to building many more good relations.
